Call for Art!
Celebrating Creativity
June 4th – July 13th, 2008
An exhibit curated by the Creative Kids Museum at TELUS World
of Science – Calgary
We believe that all children can create and all deserve the chance
to publicly share their creations. These opportunities help develop
self esteem, self expression and self efficacy and are integral to the
healthy development of the child.
We are delighted to host this event for a second year! 
To enter please submit the following form with the artwork:
Art
Exhibition Information Form

Artist must be 16 years old or younger.

Art can be of any media.

Maximum 2 pieces of art per artist.

2-Dimensional pieces may be maximum 41 cm x 57 cm / 16”x20”.

Must be ‘mounted’ on white, grey or black Bristol
or Matte board. They may also be framed or dry mounted (‘Mounted’
meaning either matted or glued onto cardboard).

3-Dimensional pieces must be self supporting. They should occupy
no more than 36 cm x 36 cm / 14”x14” floor space –
but there is no limit on height.

DROP OFF: Artwork can be dropped off at TELUS World of Science
– Calgary at 701-11th Street SW from May 1st – 25th.
In order to track your artwork you must also submit the
Art
Exhibition Information Form.

PICK UP: Artwork can be picked up between July 15th to September
1st. If the art is NOT picked up by September 1st it becomes the
property of the Creative Kids Museum.
CELEBRATORY OPEN HOUSE
Thursday, June 19th
4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Free for all participants and their families to see the exhibit and
enjoy performances by other children. There is no need to RSVP, just
register with cashiers upon entering.
