Key Players: Brad Struble

Brad Struble is eagerly anticipating the day the Creative Kids Museum opens its doors to the public. “We have many opportunities with this unique concept of an interactive arts based “museum”, and we're looking forward to making the working prototype a reality.”

Brad is the Director of Guest Experience at the Creative Kids Museum and TELUS World of Science. Since May of 2005, Brad has been acting as a client representative between the Creative Kids Museum and its project managers, architects, exhibit designers and contractors to coordinate the building and design of the Museum. The client representative role is one that Brad has successfully undertaken several times before, with TELUS World of Science exhibits and additions of the Wonder Room and Discovery Dome Theatre.

Brad's many and varied experiences with Calgary's arts community have prepared him for this new challenge. A Bachelor of Fine Arts, Brad has coordinated local arts and crafts programs, is a member of an artist's cooperative, supports a Calgary Arts Partners in Education (CAPES) program in a local elementary school and has a long art and music presentation record.

Brad believes in the Creative Kids Museum because “it's a notion whose time has come, both in Calgary's development and in the larger world of children's museums.”
