How to Book

We encourage you to book by fax.

• Select the programs you'd like for your visit.
• Check the workshop schedule for your desired time.
• Call our booking office at 268-8311 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

After receiving your booking, we'll send you a Program Confirmation Form. Please check it carefully and fax/email it back. If your visit information is incorrect, contact the Booking Office at 268-8311.

Adult Supervision: Please bring an appropriate number of adult supervisors. We recommend; Pre-school/ECS one adult for four five students;one adult for five students for grades 1-4 and one adult for eight students for grades 5 & up.  Try not to exceed these by too many adults so we can ensure there is enough space in the museum for other school groups.

On the day of your visit, please arrive 15 minutes early. Refunds are not available for parts of programs missed due to late arrivals. Payment should be made at the Customer Service Kiosk before your program begins. Cheques should be made payable to the Calgary Science Centre Society.

Cancellations:

Two weeks notice-by phone (268-8311) or fax (268-8337) is required for the cancellation of any Creative Kids Museum program. A late cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged to the school if proper notice is not given.
